SECTION 3-9-6

   § 3-9-6  Sale of liquor with injuriousingredients. – Any person keeping for sale or offering to sell or selling any spirituous orintoxicating liquors which are adulterated with any poison or deleteriousingredients injurious to health, shall be fined not less than three hundreddollars ($300) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) or be imprisoned inthe adult correctional institution for not less than three (3) months nor morethan six (6) months; and upon the second conviction of a violation of this orof any preceding section of this chapter, the person convicted shall besentenced to be both fined and imprisoned.
