SECTION 3-9-7

   § 3-9-7  Forfeiture of impure oradulterated liquors. – In addition to the penalties provided for keeping or for offering for sale, orfor selling impure or adulterated liquors, all those impure or adulteratedliquors and the casks, barrels, or other vessels containing those impure oradulterated liquors, are forfeited to the state, and the provisions of§§ 3-12-9 – 3-12-15 are made applicable as to authorizeforfeitures of those impure or adulterated liquors and casks, barrels and othervessels containing those impure or adulterated liquors unlawfully possessed inthe same manner as if those impure or adulterated liquors were mentioned inthose sections.
