§ 30-1-4 - Classes of militia.
SECTION 30-1-4
§ 30-1-4 Classes of militia. – The militia of the state shall be divided into four (4) classes:
(1) The Rhode Island national guard, which shall besub-divided into the Rhode Island army national guard and the Rhode Island airnational guard;
(2) The naval militia;
(3) The independent chartered military organizations; and
(4) The unorganized militia.
