SECTION 30-10-12

   § 30-10-12  Federal agreements. – The adjutant general, with the approval of the governor, is authorized tonegotiate, co-operate, and enter into agreements in behalf of this state, withthe United States of America, or any agency thereof, in order to satisfy theprovisions, and conditions pursuant to the provisions, of 10 U.S.C.§§ 2231 – 2239 (facilities for reserve components).
