SECTION 30-12-10

   § 30-12-10  Discrimination because ofmilitary service. – (a) No person shall discriminate against any officer or enlisted person of themilitary or naval forces of the United States or of this state because of hisor her membership therein.

   (b) No person shall prohibit or refuse entrance to anyofficer or enlisted person of the military or naval forces of the United Statesor of this state into any public entertainment or place of amusement or commoncarrier because the officer or enlisted person is wearing the uniform of theorganization to which he or she belongs.
