§ 30-12-9 - Unlawful wearing of uniform.

SECTION 30-12-9

   § 30-12-9  Unlawful wearing of uniform.– It shall be a misdemeanor for any person not an officer or enlisted person ofthe national guard to wear the duly prescribed uniform of the national guard,or any distinctive part of that uniform, or a uniform any part of which issimilar to a distinctive part of the duly prescribed uniform of the nationalguard, except members of the department of defense of the United States and thenational guard or naval militia of this or any other state, members ofassociations wholly composed of soldiers, sailors, or marines and air personshonorably discharged from the service of the United States, veterans of thenational guard or naval militia, members of the order of the sons of veterans,and such others as may be specially authorized so to do by the governor, orunder the laws of the United States or of this state.
