SECTION 30-13-100

   § 30-13-100  Subordinate compellingsurrender. – Any person subject to this code who compels or attempts to compel the commanderof any of the state military forces of the state, or of any other state, togive the command up to an enemy or to abandon it, or who strikes the colors orflag to an enemy without proper authority, shall be punished as a court-martialmay direct.
