SECTION 30-13-108

   § 30-13-108  Property other than militaryproperty – Waste, spoilage, or destruction. – Any person subject to this code who, while in a duty status, willfully orrecklessly wastes, spoils, or otherwise willfully and wrongfully destroys ordamages any property other than military property of the United States or ofthe state shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
