   § 30-13-126  Execution of processes andsentences. – In addition to the officers prescribed under the laws and regulations of theUnited States and in § 30-13-127(b), all processes and sentences of themilitary courts of the state military forces shall be directed to and executedby any sheriff or deputy sheriff, town sergeant, constable, member of the statepolice, or member of the police department of any municipality, or any officeror enlisted person of the state military forces appointed by the court to serveor execute processes and sentences.
