SECTION 30-13-128

   § 30-13-128  Payment of fines anddisposition thereof. – Fines imposed by a military court may be paid to it or to an officer executingits process. The amount of an imposed fine may be noted upon any state roll oraccount for pay of the delinquent and deducted from any pay or allowance due orthereafter to become due the delinquent, until the fine is liquidated. Any sumso deducted shall be returned to the military court which imposed the fine. Anymilitary court and any officer collecting a fine or penalty imposed by amilitary court upon an officer or enlisted person shall pay it forthwith to theadjutant general, who shall remit the sum within thirty (30) days to the statetreasurer for the general purposes and uses of the state.
