SECTION 30-13-30

   § 30-13-30  Reporters and interpreters.– Under such regulations as the governor may prescribe, the convening authorityof a general or special court-martial or court of inquiry shall detail oremploy qualified court reporters, who shall record the proceedings of andtestimony taken before that court. Under like regulations the conveningauthority of a military court may detail or employ interpreters who shallinterpret for the court.
