§ 30-13-51 - Contempt.
SECTION 30-13-51
§ 30-13-51 Contempt. – A military court may punish for contempt any person who uses any menacing word,sign, or gesture in its presence, or who disturbs its proceedings by any riotor disorder. The punishment may not exceed confinement for thirty (30) days ora fine of one hundred dollars ($100), or both.
