SECTION 30-13-72

   § 30-13-72  Petition for new trial. –At any time within two (2) years after approval by the convening authority of acourt-martial sentence which extends to dismissal, or dishonorable orbad-conduct discharge, the accused may petition the governor for a new trial onthe grounds of newly discovered evidence or fraud on the court-martial.
