SECTION 30-13-73

   § 30-13-73  Remission and suspension ofsentence – Substitution of administrative discharge. – (a) A convening authority may remit or suspend any part or amount of theunexecuted part of any sentence, including all uncollected forfeitures.

   (b) The governor may, for good cause, substitute anadministrative form of discharge for a discharge or dismissal executed inaccordance with the sentence of a court-martial.
