SECTION 30-13-84

   § 30-13-84  Unlawful enlistment,appointment, or separation. – Any person subject to this code who effects an enlistment or appointment in ora separation from the state military forces of any person, who is known to himor her to be ineligible for that enlistment, appointment, or separation becauseit is prohibited by law, regulation, or order, shall be punished as acourt-martial may direct.
