SECTION 30-13-96

   § 30-13-96  Releasing prisoner withoutproper authority. – Any person subject to this code who, without proper authority, releases anyprisoner committed to that person's charge, or who through neglect or designsuffers that prisoner to escape, shall be punished as a court-martial maydirect, whether or not the prisoner was committed in strict compliance with law.
