SECTION 30-13-98

   § 30-13-98  Noncompliance with proceduralrules. – Any person subject to this code who:

   (1) Is responsible for unnecessary delay in the dispositionof any case of a person accused of an offense under this code; or

   (2) Knowingly and intentionally fails to enforce or complywith any provision of this code regulating the proceedings before, during, orafter the trial of an accused;

   shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
