SECTION 30-15.1-2

   § 30-15.1-2  Validity of acts performed atemergency location. – During the time the seat of government remains at the emergency temporarylocation, or locations, all official acts now or hereafter required by law tobe performed at the seat of government by any officer, agency, or department ofauthority of this state, including the convening and meeting of the generalassembly in regular, extraordinary, or emergency session, shall be as valid andbinding when performed at the emergency temporary location, or locations, as ifperformed at the normal location of the seat of government.
