   § 30-15-18  Enforcement. – It shall be the duty of every organization for disaster preparedness andresponse established pursuant to this chapter and of the officers thereof toexecute and enforce such orders, rules, and regulations as may be made by thegovernor under authority of this chapter. Each organization shall haveavailable for inspection at its office all orders, rules, and regulations madeby the governor, or under his or her authority.
