SECTION 30-15-21
§ 30-15-21 Penalties. – Any person violating any provisions of this chapter or any rule, order, orregulation promulgated pursuant to this chapter shall upon conviction thereofbe punishable by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500) orimprisonment for not exceeding ninety (90) days, or both.
