SECTION 30-17-4

   § 30-17-4  Oath of officials – Bonds.[Repealed effective July 1, 2010.]. – All officials appointed under the provisions of this chapter or chapter 24 ofthis title shall be duly sworn to the faithful performance of their duties. Thedirector of human services may, in the director's discretion, require of allofficials subordinate to the director, bonds for the faithful performance oftheir duties.
