SECTION 30-17-6

   § 30-17-6  Requiring veteran to enterhomes. [Repealed effective July 1, 2010.]. – The director of human services, or his or her designee, may, in his or herdiscretion, require any veteran who has no dependent parents, wife, orchildren, and who desires assistance as provided in this chapter, to become aresident of the veterans' home in order to enjoy the benefits of this chapter.
