SECTION 30-19-6

   § 30-19-6  Supersession of other law –Liberal construction. – The provisions of this chapter shall be given full effect notwithstanding theprovisions of § 33-15-13 or any other provisions of law contrary to theprovisions of this chapter. This chapter shall be construed liberally so as toenable eligible veterans who are minors and their spouses and the minor spousesof eligible veterans to possess full legal capacity to obtain housing loansguaranteed under or provided under federal law.
