SECTION 30-2-14

   § 30-2-14  Bond of adjutant general. –The governor shall require the adjutant general to give bond to the state inthe sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), with good and sufficient surety, tobe approved by the governor, to faithfully to discharge the duties of his orher office as adjutant general. The costs of the bond are to be paid for bystate funds.
