SECTION 30-2-18

   § 30-2-18  Annual report of adjutantgeneral. – The adjutant general shall annually make a report of the militia to the generalassembly at its January session, and also present a copy of the report to thegovernor on or before the first day of January or at such other time as he orshe shall direct. The report shall contain a detailed account of all moneysappropriated by the state and expended for the militia, and also, as far assuch details are available to him or her, of all other money expended for themilitia from whatever sources these moneys may be derived, and showing allthese sources.
