SECTION 30-20-1

   § 30-20-1  Renewal upon discharge fromservice. – Any certificate, issued by authority of the laws of this state, authorizing aperson to practice a specific profession regulated by the laws of this state orto carry on a special trade or business occupation, which expires while theholder thereof is in the military, naval, or air service of the United States,shall be renewed without further examination, upon payment of the prescribedfee, at any time within four (4) months after the person's discharge from theservice.
