§ 30-21-7 - Failure to allow proper seniority.
SECTION 30-21-7
§ 30-21-7 Failure to allow properseniority. – Anyone knowingly violating any provision of §§ 30-21-2 –30-21-6, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall befined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000).
