SECTION 30-25-12

   § 30-25-12  Appropriations for care ofgraves. [Effective until July 1, 2010.]. – The general assembly shall, from time to time, appropriate such sums as it maydeem necessary to be expended by the assistant director of human services incharge of the community services division in carrying out the purposes of§§ 30-25-10 and 30-25-11, and the state controller is herebyauthorized and directed, upon the receipt of the proper vouchers approved bythe assistant director, and by the director of services to draw orders upon thegeneral treasurer for the payment of such sums as may be required, within theamount appropriated therefor.
