SECTION 30-25-8

   § 30-25-8  Maintenance of north cemetery.[Effective until July 1, 2010.]. – The assistant director of human service in charge of the community servicesdivision shall be custodian of the Rhode Island soldiers' burial lots, and themonument and grave markers thereon, located in the north cemetery in the townof Bristol. He or she shall, from time to time, cause such work to be done asmay be necessary in keeping the lots, monuments, and markers in good conditionand repair.
