SECTION 30-28-10

   § 30-28-10  Rhode Island veterans memorialchapel. – The Rhode Island veterans memorial chapel building fund, inc. is herebyauthorized to construct a nonsectarian memorial chapel in the Rhode Islandveterans cemetery located in Exeter, Rhode Island; provided, however, that theplans for the memorial chapel shall be approved by the director ofadministration; provided further that the Rhode Island veterans memorial chapelbuilding fund, inc. grant to the state all of its right, title, and interest inthe chapel; and provided further that the management and control of the chapelshall be with the director of the department of human services.
