SECTION 30-28-9
§ 30-28-9 Despoiling any veterans'monument or memorial. – Any person or persons who shall mutilate, deface, or otherwise despoil anyveterans' monument and/or memorial shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shallbe fined no less than five hundred dollars ($500) for each and every offenseplus the cost of full restoration.
