SECTION 30-3-1

   § 30-3-1  Composition and organization.– The national guard shall consist of such number of federally recognized generalofficers, officers, warrant officers, and enlisted persons, duly commissioned,warranted, or enlisted therein, including officers and enlisted persons of thestaff corps and departments, and organized as to branch or arm of service intosuch federally recognized units, organizations, corps, departments, orotherwise as shall be authorized by the laws of the United States and theregulations issued thereunder.
