SECTION 30-3-14

   § 30-3-14  Qualifications of medicalofficers, judge advocates, and chaplains. – In the national guard, all commissioned officers of the medical corps must bephysicians or surgeons licensed to practice in any state or the District ofColumbia in the United States of America, all commissioned officers of thejudge advocate general's department must all be members of the Rhode Islandbar, all chaplains must be regularly ordained ministers of the gospel, and anyprovision as to prior military service shall not apply to these officers.
