SECTION 30-3-2

   § 30-3-2  Emergency increase. – The governor shall have power in case of war, insurrection, invasion, riot,public catastrophe or calamity, or imminent danger thereof, to increase thenational guard beyond the maximum now established by law and to organize itwith the proper officers, as the exigencies of the situation may require, ifauthorized by the laws of the United States.
