§ 30-3-27 Qualifications of enlistedpersons. – Hereafter the qualifications for enlistment and reenlistment in the nationalguard, period or periods of enlistment, form of enlistment contract to besigned, and oath of enlistment to be subscribed to, shall be as provided by thelaws of the United States and the regulations pertaining to the national guard,and of this state.
