SECTION 30-3-28
§ 30-3-28 Transfer of enlisted persons.– (a) Enlisted persons in the national guard may be transferred to or from units,organizations, departments, corps, and detachments, or otherwise, as providedunder the laws and regulations of the United States pertaining to the nationalguard.
(b) In each case of transfer, the office of the adjutantgeneral must be notified, in writing, by the officer granting the transfer.
