   § 30-3-32  Form of discharge of enlistedpersons – Discharge prior to expiration of enlistment. – An enlisted person discharged from service in the national guard shall receivea discharge in writing in such form and with such classification as is or shallbe prescribed by the laws of the United States. In time of peace, dischargesmay be given prior to the expiration of terms of enlistments under suchregulations as the secretary of defense may prescribe.
