§ 30-3-35 - Oath of enlistment – False statements.
SECTION 30-3-35
§ 30-3-35 Oath of enlistment – Falsestatements. – Any federally recognized commissioned officer of the national guard of RhodeIsland may administer the oath of enlistment to enlisted persons of thenational guard, either within or without the state. A person making oath to anywilfully false statement contained in the enlistment contract shall be deemedguilty of perjury and punished as for a misdemeanor.
