SECTION 30-3-9

   § 30-3-9  Qualifications of officers.– Commissioned officers and warrant officers of the national guard hereafterappointed shall be citizens of the United States, between the ages of eighteen(18) and sixty (60) years, who shall have successfully passed such tests as totheir moral, physical, and professional fitness as shall be prescribed by thelaws of the United States and the regulations issued thereunder and as may beprescribed by the governor.
