SECTION 30-33-6

   § 30-33-6  Enforcement. – A civil action may be brought to the state court having jurisdiction by anyemployee to enforce this act. The court may enjoin any act or practice thatviolates or may violate this act and may order any other equitable relief thatis necessary and appropriate to redress the violation or to enforce this act.
