SECTION 30-7-1

   § 30-7-1  Exemption of national guard fromjury duty. – Every member of the federally recognized national guard shall be exempt fromjury duty only while actually on military duty on orders of the United Statesdepartment of defense or on orders of the governor, or while that member is inreceipt of orders to military duty.
