SECTION 30-7-2

   § 30-7-2  Immunity from civil process.– No person belonging to the militia of the state shall be arrested on any civilprocess while going to, remaining at, or during the performance of any militiaduty or returning from any place at which he or she may be required bycompetent authority to attend for militia duty.
