SECTION 30-9-1

   § 30-9-1  Organizational property providedby state. – All organizations of the militia shall be provided by the state with arms,ammunition, equipment, uniforms, and supplies, not supplied by the UnitedStates, necessary for the proper performance of the functions and dutiesauthorized or prescribed by the laws and regulations of the state and theUnited States.
