SECTION 31-10-18

   § 31-10-18  Cancellation of license upondeath of person signing minor's application. – The division of motor vehicles upon receipt of satisfactory evidence of thedeath of the person who signed the application of a minor for a license shallcancel the license and shall not issue a new license until such time as a newapplication, duly signed and verified, is made as required by this chapter.This provision shall not apply in the event the minor has attained the age ofeighteen (18) years.
