SECTION 31-10-29

   § 31-10-29  Duplicate certificates. –In the event that an instruction permit or operator's or chauffeur's licenseissued under the provisions of this chapter is lost or destroyed, the person towhom the permit or license was issued may apply for the permit or license, andupon payment of the required fee of ten dollars ($10.00) obtain a duplicatecertificate. The applicant shall furnish proof satisfactory to the division ofmotor vehicles that the permit or license has been lost or destroyed.
