SECTION 31-10-32

   § 31-10-32  Notice of change of address orname. – Whenever any person after applying for or receiving an operator's orchauffeur's license shall move from the address named in his or her applicationor in the license issued to him or her, or when the name of a licensee ischanged by marriage or otherwise, that person shall within ten (10) daysthereafter notify the division of motor vehicles in writing of his or her oldand new addresses or of his or her former and new names and of the number ofany license then held by him or her. Violations of this section are subject tofines enumerated in § 31-41.1-4.
