SECTION 31-10-34.5

   § 31-10-34.5  Transfer of functions toadministrator of division of motor vehicles. – Upon the effective date of this act [May 4, 2005], all functions,services performed, responsibilities and duties formerly of the drivers'training school licensing board are hereby transferred to the administrator ofthe division of motor vehicles.
