SECTION 31-10-35

   § 31-10-35  Commercial drivers' schoollicense required. – No person, unless licensed under the provisions of this chapter, shall engagein the business of giving instruction for compensation in the driving of motorvehicles and motorcycles. However, no license shall be required of a person whois engaged in teaching in a regularly recognized secondary school or collegedriver training program or a program in § 31-10.1-1.2, which is approvedby the division of motor vehicles.
