SECTION 31-10-36

   § 31-10-36  Application for commercialdrivers' school license. – An application for a commercial drivers' school license shall be made upon theform prescribed by the administrator of the division of motor vehicles andshall contain the name and address of the applicant, the location or locationsof the proposed school, and any other pertinent information as may be requiredby the administrator of the division of motor vehicles to safeguard the publicinterest. Every application shall be accompanied by the fee required by law.
