SECTION 31-10-39

   § 31-10-39  Instructor's license required.– No person, unless licensed by the administrator of the division of motorvehicles, shall be employed by any commercial drivers' school licensee to giveinstruction to drive a motor vehicle or motorcycle. An application for aninstructor's license shall contain the name and address of the applicant, thename and address of the school employing the applicant, and any other pertinentinformation that may be required by the administrator of the division of motorvehicles to safeguard the public interest. Every application shall be verifiedby the oath or affirmation of the applicant and shall be accompanied by the feerequired by law.
